Appearence: I'll get a picture, but a year later from the last time, Dex now has a new wardrobe. He now wears an extravagant white robe with light blue lacing on it. He often wears gloves over his hands and usually wears his hair so that it covers his face, though it usually never works. He is as close to a heartless as one can get, his heart here or there sometimes. His glowing yellow eyes are usually covered now by sunglasses or any type of eye pieces, he's just trying to fit in with the crowd and thinks the new light ruler is swell.
Personality: Dex is Dex. He has no personality patterns, no speech patterns, nothing. Everything he does is erratic and disconnected from his usual self, one could say every ten minutes he recreates himself.
Bio: A wizard that found a way to summon souls of the otherworld in the form of powerful heartless, which he used in experiments, however after summoning many heartless it caused his body to decay to the vert likeness of a heartless. Now he uses his heartless to steal things for him, he also has found a way to reverse summon, that is instead of summoning a person from the other world, he found a way to lock people to the other world. The chain he uses is to hold the enemy while he prepares to send a soul to the otherworld, which as to expection, is very hard to do.
